Each piece is bench made by artisans using time honored techniques and the highest quality material available. Every piece of upholstery starts with environmentally sustainable hardwoods including poplar, acacia, and beech combined with plywood made from premium hardwoods. The joints are double doweled and blocked on each corner or feature precise mortise and tenon construction. JR Signature Upholstery uses heavy duty sinuous springs which are reinforced by horizontal metal tie rods that inhibit shifting and sagging. The springs are secured to the frame using padded clips and fasteners for reinforcement and durability. We have selected this premium spring system because it not only gives superior comfort and longevity to a sofa or chair, but also offers design flexibility that ranges from high legged modern styles to traditional skirted and plinth bases. Our loose seat cushions are made from high resiliency polyurethane foam that is encased in a quilted envelope filled with a feather blend and made from tight weave cotton ticking material. The envelope is channeled both horizontally and vertically to prevent the feathers from shifting, providing long lasting, luxurious, low maintenance comfort. Tight and tufted seats are made from high resiliency polyurethane foam topped with layers of fiber for softness and comfort. Back cushions are filled with a feather blend and are channeled horizontally to provide support and prevent shifting. Accent pillows are filled with a luxurious blend of 95% feathers and 5% down. | Important Product Info- Cleaning Instructions | Code CRY: Crypton Home fabrics adhere to the Association of Contract Textiles (ACT) cleaning code “W.” This designation recommends spot cleaning only with a water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner. Pretest a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding. Do not over wet, and do not use solvents to spot clean. Pile fabrics may require brushing with a non-metallic, stiff-bristle brush to restore appearance. Most liquids simply roll off Crypton fabrics, or they can be quickly blotted off the surface with a dry towel or sponge. The spot cleaning method of stain removal can be used for most light to medium stains, such as coffee, red wine, crayon, and ketchup. Be careful to brush lightly since fibers can be broken or matted in the cleaning process. 1. Before spot cleaning, blot up liquids on the surface with a clean, soft towel. For thicker substances, use a spoon to remove any excess. 2. Mix 1 tsp. of an enzyme detergent such as Tide® laundry detergent or Dawn® dishwashing detergent with 16 oz. of warm water and mix well. 3. Apply the cleaning solution using a misting spray bottle. 4. Use a soft brush to work the solution into the affected area. Make sure to work from the outside of the stain inward so as not to spread the stain. Rinse your sponge or brush frequently. 5. Rinse thoroughly with water to remove all soap residues since soap attracts dirt. 6. Blot excess moisture with a clean, soft towel or sponge. 7.
